I do not like round checkbox on card in the left

I do not like animation of text transition on hover

I also do not like huge column of empty place in left side in edit mode

I also do not like text on tasks marked as completed

Please make it optional, allow me disable it for my account. I am using trello last 10 years I think near everyday. It is most terrible update. Please, help me

Please, keep trello nice and simple, as it was always

This is a new feature in Trello that just rolled out. Read about it here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mark-a-card-as-complete/ (also include how to turn it off partially)

The strike-through part does not seem to be able to be turned off for now (already added a feature request for it)

Turn off marking cards as complete for a board

Marking cards as complete on the front of cards can be turned off for individual boards via the board menu. If this setting is turned off, you can still open the card and mark it as complete on the top left of the card. Only a board admin can configure this setting.

  1. Open the board menu

  2. Select Settings

  3. Under Complete Status, select Show complete status on card front to turn it off.

This feature does not remove the feature from our cards for it is connected to the due date and that is something we all still need

Thanks but I have since reworked my automations to bypass the date check box so we no longer need it to form part of any action on the cards
