Team members can not edit Team Board

Hi there,

On the trial Trello, I have created a board and invited members to join. They all have joined and they show to be part of the team.

Even though the visibility is set to "Team Visible", team members can only View the board and can not edit.

They also do not see an option to "Join the Board", presumably because they have already joined.

However, the Team page with Members list shows everyone but me belong to 0 Board:

What am I missing?

Under Menu->More->Settings it should say "Allow Team Members to Edit and Join". Is that unselected?
