Team member initials missing

Hi all,

We've changed the acount's full name on atlassian to the new team member's name but her initials don't show in the little icon. This is what we see instead:

 

How do I set this orange icon to her initials?

Hi Sophie,

I'd recommend that you ask you team member to update their profile image from their Atlassian profile here: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility. They can then choose to upload an image of their initials or another profile picture to their account. If they leave the profile picture blank then their initials should show up.

Feel free to reach out to trello.com/contact if this doesn't help to get the profile picture correct as we may need to look into the account details.
