Team member can no longer copy items from an existing checklist

Hi - One of our team members has lost the ability to copy items from an existing checklist to a card on one of our boards. He can add a new checklist to a card, but nothing happens when he clicks on the drop down menu for 'Copy Items From...'. He was able to do this in the past, but lost the ability just over a month ago. 

So far we have:

-Confirmed there are existing checklists to copy from. (I'm still able to add the checklists for him).

-Confirmed he is still a member of the board.

-Confirmed he is still able to do this on other boards.

-Made him an admin of the board. 

-Toggled the permissions of the board (currently set to members for commenting and add/remove)

-Confirmed other members (non-admin) can still copy items from existing checklists. 

 

I cant seem to figure out why this wouldn't be working. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Devin

Have this user clear their browser cache, close the browser and then launch again to retry,.. this should fix the issue.
