Hi, my colleague and I work on the same board from different workspaces and different devices, but it won't sync. When he changes someething, I can't see it in my device when I open the board. What should we do?

Trello does not do any "sync", it does not need to because it is a centralised service. Your different devices are not holding any Trello data, they are connecting to and reading the data from a single central service.
If your devices are seeing different things, then your devices are caching something and getting it wrong.
I’ve also seen people who copied a board and they are looking at two different boards that both have the same name. Because the name is the same it gets confusing and you think both people are on the same board.
