So I have a premium account for my small business and we have two users who have wanted to swap out their emails ( I am the admin on the workspace). Since I added their new emails to the workspace I was charged because I technically added a new user. I want to delete their old emails and replace with the new ones. Will I still get charged for doing this? Will it prorate? HELP! Im paying for 2 more people extra for no reason when it's the same physical person, just two different emails for those two people.
