Start and due dates change automatically

I'm having problems with some of my cards. Start dates and due dates change automatically to the date I create the card. Why does that happen?

Hi @Idaira Moreno Ramos ! Welcome to the community :) it sounds like there is some butler automation running on the board. You can check that by looking at the card activity at the bottom of your card:

Any card that says something was updated "via Butler" means it was executed through butler automation.

Do you remember setting up any automation commands, or do you have other people using the board that could have set something up?

Hi @Hannah Morgan ! Thanks for your answer! I checked and there is not butler automation on the activity but my colleage found a solution. We realised that problems appear when we copy a board several times and we have Power Ups. So, we had to delete the BigData Power-Ups and make a new copy of the board. We are looking for a new Gantt tool.

Thank you!
