Standard upgrade calculating the wrong number of users

Hey,

I wanted to pay for 4 users standard licenses and keep everyone else as single-board guests. I did that then tried to upgrade to Standard. The billing is showing 11 users instead of 4. How can I force the 4 users?

I see that this was a few days ago—were you able to resolve this issue? I looked at your Workspace, and you're right that you should only be billed for 4 users.

If you're still seeing that you'll be billed for 11, I'd suggest changing one of your Workspace members to a guest and then immediately changing them back to a Workspace member, to see if that resets the calculation.
