Snooze Power-Up not working

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
On the web client (with Firefox), I get an error that the html page for set-snooze can't be found.
On the Mac desktop client (v. 2.15.1-865) the power-up simply doesn't appear at all.
See error from the logs below the screenshots.
