Set Custom Field to first Attachment linked

Hey, I have a process that links my team's Trello cards to outside websites through the attachments. However, we want to move the attachments from being attached to being in a custom field. Is there a way I can trigger a command so that when a card is moved into a list, the latest attachment (with the box.com link) is put into our custom field?
