Recently I was blocked email, after unblocking stopped coming notifications about new tickets to email.

I’ve removed the block on the email address which will allow it to receive all emails from Trello moving forward. It may take a little bit of time to fully go through.
If the email address is still not getting emails from us within an hour, be sure to double-check the SPAM folder, then let us know and we can troubleshoot further from there!
