Request for academic discount not possible

I work at a university and want to apply for an academic discount for Trello. I found that I could get a 50% discount on Trello Premium based on my eligibility.

However, when I proceed with the request using the following link, it continuously loops, and I am unable to submit my request.

Could you please provide a solution or contact me directly? I am currently using the Premium trial version.
