Remove Workspace collaborator is not working and I'm the admin?

I am trying to remove a workspace collaborator/member. please help. They had two accounts and only want to use one. I have hit the button but they are still appearing.

Hi @Kimberly Marshall - Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Are you seeing any errors come up on the screen when the action fails? Just to confirm are you removing them from the Workspace member's tab? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/#Removing-Workspace-members

Sometimes the issue could just be related to your browser, as a test could you try opening a different browser or opening an incognito/private window, login to Trello, then try to remove the user again?
