Profile photo and background not displayed

Hello,

In the table I use with colleagues, all profile photos of people tagged are not displayed (eg with their initiales or avatar). Therefore, I only have a all the little circles the full names displayed: this does not make for a friendly work interface!

Would someone know what happens?

Try:

1. Log out of Trello
2. In your web browser clear all cache
3. Log back into Trello

Okay.  Some other things to try:

Try using a different web browser and see if it works

If you are on a corporate network, try connecting to your mobile hotspot temporarily to ensure there isn't anything being blocked

Can you see the images fine if you use the mobile app?

This morning it works fine. I've tried using another wifi network and right after it worked. And now it works with my coporate network. Don't know whether it's linked.
