Profile Visibility

I have recently updated my Trello account to be part of the Atlassian community.  When I did so, my profile picture went from my initials (two letters) to a single character initial.  

Is there a way to change the image back to a two-letter initials?  This is our company's preference, to distinguish people assigned to projects.

You might have to upload an image with your initials.  I think this is just one of the differences with Atlassian Account.
