Problem with automation with due date

Good morning, I created automations for Trello, by date, but they are not working, could you tell me why?

I created the automation so that when the deadlines in relation to the delivery date passed, the custom fields would change automatically, but it didn't happen.

Hi @Pedro Assis Milagres welcome to the community! You're going to want to create due-date commands rather than rule-based commands. Your current trigger is when a due date is set. So the automation will trigger when you are adding or changing a due date on a card. In your case, you want it to trigger based on when the due date occurs.  



For example, one of your rules says:

When a due date less than 3 days from now is set on a card....

When it should be:

3 days before a card is due....
