Problem with Jotform power-up

Edited

I use Jotform and I want that Trello creates a new card each teach someone is filling out my form on Jotform.

Trello and Jotform are already connected, but there is no window popping up where I can select the list and what answer in my jotform I want to appear.

I cleared cache and allow pop-up, but nothing. Jotform also doesn't appear in my Workspace in Trello, as other power-up do.

Is there a possibility to edit the settings?

This is what I want:

So once a certain answer in my jotform is made, I want that Trello creates a new card under a certain list with the answer in it. So, if 5 people fill out the form on jotform, there should be 5 new cards created in Trello with that ansers.

(Like in typeform)

I hope that was clear.

Any other updates on this? I have the same problem. Connected jotform a while back, but I now don't see it in the card powerups and can't access it's settings.
