Problem creating new board

Hi everyone, I have the following problem: when I have to create a new board, it is automatically created within a group that I have already created previously. I want this board to be external, but it doesn't want to know. Where am I wrong? I have already created 13 independent personal boards and a group with 2 boards inside. Have I exceeded the limits set by the free account? Thank you

   But a private board has to be in a team/workspace. 

   You can create a team where you are alone and that way it will only be for you
