Overlapping actions on card descriptions and comments

Hello!

I recently noticed that there are actions that are hovering over my ticket descriptions and comments. It was not like that before, and not sure how to remove. I am using Chrome, and I did a refresh, cleared my cache. I do have a Trello extension - Pro4Trello that might be the cause? But it was not doing this before. Wondering if I did a shortcut without realizing it that suddenly made this change?
