I have downloaded the OpsGenie app to my phone, but it asks me for my email address and then "customer name".
I have tried putting in the company name as in the company which I work for, but that appears to be incorrect - yet there is no guidance as to what I ought to use.
Every piece of documentation I have seen so far relating to OpsGenie app on phones start at the point *after* you've been able to set it up, so that's been a bit useless for me.
