Ongoing Issue with Comment Transfer on Files

Hello,

I would like to bring to your attention a persistent issue regarding the comment section of the files. When a colleague writes a comment on a file and transfers it to my table, the comment does not come along. This results in a return of the file without any new information, complicating our follow-up.

This issue has been ongoing for about one to two weeks and seems to be affecting our efficiency. Could you please look into this situation and let us know if a solution can be implemented?

@Jonathan Dugas are you talking about trello? what do you mean by comment section of file and tables?

In the comments section of Trello cards (I’m using the French version of Trello, so the terms may vary slightly), my team and I are encountering an issue: when someone adds a comment, it seems visible to the author, but other members cannot see it when they later view the card, and vice versa. In other words, comments don’t appear for other users after they’re posted, even though they’re visible to the person who wrote them. 

It really is a strange bug!
