How can I turn on notifications for desktop for my Trello app? In Settings menu there is no this option. So it doesn't work. Then how can I control my tasks?) Only by opening boards each time?

If the option is not present in the accounts page, they can be switched on/off directly from within the browser settings.
To enable/disable Trello desktop notifications in Chrome & Firefox, click the "padlock icon" in your browser's address bar while you're on https://trello.com. From there, under Permissions, you can change the Notifications permissions to block notifications from trello.com. You can see an example here: Receiving Trello notifications
