Hello, I´m new using Trello, but it seems like when somebody in my team creates a new card or assign a comment to me (@) no alert is sent to my email address...
So I have to keep checking the board in order to see new tasks or comments assigned to me.
I already checked and my profile e-mail is ok
I tried now on that link, my email address is ok but nothing received on my inbox or spam :(
Do other team members receive notifications?
If not - next step may be contact your admin -> have a look here
as the mails probably don't even go until spam.
If this doesn't get any solution you should contact Trello Support

I did check the notification frequenc settings and to Instantly before start working with the team. And my spam is clean. I do receive some marketing Trello emails eventually but that´s all. :(

Does this work? Does this show the same mail adress you're using for the board?
And does it show you in the notification field that you have notifications?
