I need to login as my boss to help her setup a workspace. I have her login ID and password. How can I log in as HER?? It wants to use my google and log in as me.

Hey Danna,

Vishaal here with Trello Support—thanks for reaching out

Logging into Trello using someone else's credentials is not recommended due to security and privacy concerns. However, if you have permission from your boss and need to assist her, here's how you can do it:

  • Incognito/Private Mode: Open an incognito or private window in your browser. This ensures a fresh session where you can log in with different credentials.
  • Log Out First: If you're logged into Trello on your regular browser session, make sure to log out before attempting to log in with your boss's details.
  • Steer Clear of "Log in with Google": If your browser's already tied to your Google account, it might try auto-logging you in. Use the direct email and password option on Trello's login page instead.

Always have a clear go-ahead from your boss before accessing her account. And remember to log out once you're done. If setup assistance becomes a regular thing, maybe chat about shared workspaces or boards for easier collaboration!
