Hello, every time I move a card, the entire  TEAM gets a ping, is there anyway to stop this? I only want notiifcations when a tech or I send a message.

System notifications in Trello (the ones showing up in the notification panel) cannot be customized, but each user can control the notifications they receive by watching/unwatching cards and boards. Specifically, if a user is watching a board they will be notified of all card changes, so by unwatching the board they would start getting notifications only for the cards they participate in.

Additionally, users can customize the E-mail notifications they receive on their Account Settings page. From there they can pick what events will send e-mail notifications.
