Mig Google Form Power Up (Pro Purchase not working)

Hello, I bought the Mig Google Form power up and installed it on a test board which worked fine, however when I went to add it to an actual board for team collaboration it is not identifying that I have the paid version. 

I have tried uninstalling it everywhere and reinstalling multiple times, but it continuously shows I only have the free version.

Any insights to fix this?

Just to confirm, are you referring to the Google Forms Sync Power-Up developed by Mig?

If so, that is a third-party Power-Up that was developed and is maintained by the Mig team, so you will need to reach out to them for any issues or questions.
