Markdown Tables in Card Descriptions

There is no support for Markdown Tables in Card Descriptions in Trello.

Is there an extension that does it?

Not a Trello extension, but a Chrome plug-in called Trello Cards Optimizer. You can find it here.

TCO can do a lot of things, but it also supports markdown for tables in card description and comments, it looks like this:

trellotable
