Manual refresh in iOS app

Aside from leaving the board and going back into it, is there another way to trigger a manual refresh in the iOS app? I find it is always stuck behind if I make changes in other UIs.

@Martin Dimkovski if you tap the menu then at the bottom of the activity feed you can see a "Sync" refresh button
