We do not have the opportunity to fully use the service. Please return the paid subscription, taking into account the paid for 1 year. We currently have 5 users. We paid for 1 year for 5 users.
As Alex mentioned, we really prefer not to discuss such subscription details in Community posts as this information is publicly accessible.
However, I've just taken a look at your active subscription (currently on trial) and see the correct number of paid seats reflected - only 4.
You can check the scheduled charge for the subscription if you go to your Workspace Settings > Billing > scroll down and you'll see the line "Total" indicating the amount to be charged to your credit card and the number of billed seats.
