Losing card activity history when moving or copying a card from one board to another

This problem is not new, yet there have not been any solutions for it. I found these questions related to this:

From one of those posts, I saw that there had been a feature request listed from it, but apparently, it has not led to any progress. Is there any update on fixing this issue or a possible estimate on the timetable for this?

Hi Sampo, welcome to the community! Yes, I found the opened feature request from my colleague and this is still being worked on by the development team. Right now, we cannot estimate a time to get this done.

But I'm going to save this post and as soon I have any info about it, I'll let you know!

Hi Bryan!

Unfortunately, that feature request is still ongoing.

As a possible workaround for this, you could copy those cards instead. For example:

• make a card on board A
• move the card from one list to another until reaching the desired list
• copy card to board B
• archive original card on board A
