The past three ocassions I have had problems with logging into my Trello account.
I login using my email.
Everytime I enter my email address and password, I receive an error message "there is a problem with your credentials. We could not log you in" (I am paraphrasing)
I then need to request a password change link and change my password to login.
I know that every single time I entered the correct password.
My organisation has not changed any settings and no-one else is having these problems.
We are using the free version.
Just coming here to say that I have been having the same issue for a long time. I have to reset my password.
As long as I stay logged in on one device, I'm fine. But if I try to open on another device, it makes me log in since it thinks the password was changed. I use the proper password and it doesn't work.
