Hi, I primarily use Trello in the calendar view because it helps me see an overview of my monthly plans. However, I’m facing an issue. For every project I manage (e.g., YouTube Content), I divide it into 3 cards: Script, Record, Upload.
The problem is that each project has 3 cards, and in a single month, I may have up to 30 projects. This makes my calendar incredibly cluttered, and it’s hard to tell which cards are linked to the same project. My calendar view is filled with cards, making it overwhelming to track everything.
Here’s what I’m looking for to resolve this issue:
Is there a way to link these 3 cards so that if I move the deadline for one card by a day, the other two cards would automatically adjust and stay connected as part of the same project?
Is there a way to hover over a card and see connecting lines to indicate which other cards it’s linked to? This would make it easier to see which cards are part of the same project without needing to sift through everything. (If all the linking lines were displayed simultaneously without hovering, it might become a confusing mess! 😂)
In short, I want multiple cards in the same project to work in sync without needing to adjust each card’s due date individually on the calendar. I've been trying to solve this for a long time but haven’t found a solution yet.
