Is there a way to flag a card for follow-up?

Hello, Community!

Tell me - is there a way to add a flag to a card for follow-up? We use Trello for task management, and I need a way to put a flag on a card to signify to myself that there is something in the card that is unfinished/needs follow-up, such as unanswered questions.

I have tried reserving the red label for questions-only, but it ends up looking like just another label (i.e., not "flashy" enough). Tagging someone doesn't apply here, as it's really a flag for myself. It would be wonderful if I could have a tiny red flag graphic somewhere in the title area of the card, for example.

Any ideas?
