Is there a way to add a member to only a card without sharing the whole board?

I have shared the board with my father. However, there is one card that I want to share with my sister so she can see the info and add to it. I don't want my sister to be able to see anything else on the board though.

@Ammon Olson there is no intra board permission to limit user access or any other limitations. You just have to copy the card over to another board with just your sister as a member.
