Is it possible to transfer attachments from one card to another?

My team would like for me to combine two categories of card on my board, and I'd love to be able to either merge the cards, or shuttle the attachments from one card to another without the hassle of downloading and uploading.

Related: Super disappointed that when you update the label of an attachment on trello, it doesn't update the file name. Do I really need to rename every single attachment on these cards again??
