Hello I have a problem. Is it possible to add an email as a new card in trello from the position of outlook, using gmail mail services? I know that there is an add-in for outlook, but it works only with account connected to office 365 or exchange server. On the other hand I know that there is add-in for gmail, but it only works on gmail site. I'm looking for the third solution so for someone who is using gmail as a mail service provider, but is using it in microsoft outlook?
Hi @JJ RR If I understand you correctly, you'd like to create a new Trello cord from an email. You can do this also from outlook through gmail. Have a look at https://help.trello.com/article/809-creating-cards-by-email
Hi. Thank you, I was aware of this solution, but I was looking for something more intuitive, when I don't need always to send it by direct link to the board. The problem is when I am working on a lot of boards and when I will want to send it on the specific board I will always have to send it to the specific board link. The solution probably was the outlook add-in, because there you can add or update cards in easily way, just by clicking in add-in. In my situation it is not possible, because those add-ins in outlook are only possible for someone, who has Microsoft 365 or Exchange services. So I think, that there is no other option than sending by direct link.

@JJ RR I have a product called BenkoBoard which creates cards from emails either automatically from the primary tab in Gmail or when you move cards to a specific label (folder in Outlook):
The added benefit of using this to create your cards is that you not only get a link back to the original message in Gmail but you can also reply to the message directly from the Trello card (including sending attachments, cc and bcc) and you can even create new email threads directly from Trello cards.
Because it uses the Gmail API in the background it works regardless of which email client or device you use and any messages you send will be in your Gmail sent items.
