Is it easy to query to do items by team member across projects?

Hi,

My teams will be made up of both internal employees and external vendors.  I want to easily see and sort tasks assigned to individual team members internal or external across all the project boards.  So if my graphic designer has multiple tasks on multiple projects I want to be able to see that information at a glance and not have to drill down to the project level and look at each project to see all the tasks assigned to the graphic designer.  Does this functionality exist on Trello?
