I thought I cancelled my trello abbonoment a long time ago but now I get another bill from you guys? I tried to cancel it again. Can you let me know if it was successful ? Because I think it's a bit of a waste to pay for a whole year without using it.

Typically, when you log into Trello and then go to your settings, you're able to see what your current plan is.
However, the best solution for this might be creating a support ticket with Trello. You can do this by visiting https://trello.com/contact#/
