I'm wanting to add designer to the list to use in pattern keeper how do I do this

The designer is Fox and Rabbit of Linens and Thread

Have you checked out the Designer wish list for pattern keeper Trello board?

In the first list there is a card called 'How to suggest a designer not on the list' which gives information on how to suggest a designer.
