I cant get 2 factor authentication codes via sms and i not have backup codes

I cant get 2 factor authentication codes via sms and i not have backup codes, i tried contact support many times but noone reply me, how i can access my account?

If anyone know how to pass it, please help me, thank you so much.

@Hoàng Tô there's nothing you can do if you can't get a 2 factor code and you don't have your backup code
