Yes, there are limits to the total number of lists and cards on a board (along with other things such as number of members, checklists, labels). These limits may vary depending on your type of account and other factors that  are at Trello's discretion. Typical values are:

  • Open cards: 4,750
  • Total cards (including archived): 1,900,000
  • Open lists: 475
  • Total lists: 2,850
  • Labels: 950
  • Checklists (including on archived cards): 1,900,000
  • Custom fields: 48
  • Attachments: 34,200
  • Members: 1,520

(Note I'm not an employee of Trello, and thus this is not official information. These limits are subject to change. Trello does warn when a board is about to reach some limits.)

Thank you Oscar! The answer is good enough

Does the list limit only for open list? Not including archive?

Also attachment is that limit 34,000 per card?

@Oscar_Triscon

Do you know the limits on checklist items per checklist?

Also using the cascade for each card from item...how many iterations it will perform at any one time.

Thanks
