How to turn off email notifications - set to no notifications but still recieve emails every change

I have followed all available instructions for turning off email notifications and yet still receive an email for every change I make to my Trello board. There must be some additional setting I need to change but I can't find/figure out what it is.

@Megan Rathfon when you make changes to your own board, it won't trigger a notification to your own account, so either you've got a Butler command that's sending you emails, or you've got another account that was created using an email that forwards into your account. Can you confirm that the receiving email address is the same as your primary Trello account? Can you show a screenshot of the email so we can see whether or not this is a standard notification email?
