@Kimi Oaks Butler Bot runs as a bot, so if the butlerbot member doesn't have access to your board, it can't do anything. If you remove the butlerbot member from your board and it's still running, then it's not running as a bot, but running through native Butler, in which case you can click the "Butler" button at the top right and delete the calendar/due date rule that's running it.
