Hi @Swaminath S Dhanaraj - can you give more information on what kind of workflow you'd like? Our Community Leaders and other Community users will need more info in order to help here and give suggestions.

Thank you for the response @Alex Waite !

3 Level workflow in the sense..

1st Level - Team Members

2nd Level - Team Leaders

3rd Level - Team Managers

2nd Level should be the consolidation of 1st levels and 3rd level should be the consolidation of all 2nd levels..

3rd Level can access all the boards.. 2nd Level can access the boards of its 1st Level boards and 1st Level can have the access of itself only..

@Swaminath S Dhanaraj - unfortunately this is still not the kind of detail our Community would need to give you suggestions. Can you provide us some context on how you wish to use Trello, i.e. what you're using Trello to do, what kind of workflows you'll be having (not who is in the workflow, but your To Do states, Doing, etc.). If you don't know the answers to this yet, we always recommend getting into Trello and having a play around.

That being said, it might be a good idea for you to look into reaching out to a Solution Partner. Solution Partners specialize in tailored demonstrations and/or consultations, training, hands-on configuration and custom development of our products. I'd be happy to make an introduction to one of our authorized Partners if this is an option you would like to pursue. https://www.atlassian.com/partners/search?page=1

We also have a list of Trello consultants you can contact in the Community here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Consultants-Right-Here-In-The-Community/ba-p/1983694

Okay!

Much appreciated @Alex Waite

Let me connect with Trello Partners..
