How to reactivate an account?

Hello,

One of our board members' accounts was deactivated unexpectedly. I am the admin/owner for this board, and neither I nor the member deactivated the account; it appears to have deactivated on its own.

I followed the instructions on the Trello support page to reactivate the account, but the member's name is not listed under the "members" tab in the left side menu, even as deactivated.

We also tried resetting the password, but we keep receiving a message that the account is deactivated.

Please assist us with this issue.
