I cancelled Power-Up Dashio last year and again my card was charged. Last year, I had to contact my bank to have the payment blocked. Unfortunately they charged me again and dashio support does not give any satisfaction or consideration to the customer.
I want to resolve this peacefully and in the best way.
How can we proceed?

Are you able to reach out to Dashio support again at support@dashio.app to see if they're able to refund your charge?
If you do not hear back from them after three to five days of sending your email, please reply here. What I will then do if that happens is raise a ticket on our behalf, and work with our partnerships team to get this issue resolved for you.
