How to have my automations visible to others edit

Hello Team, trust you are doing good!

I have a BOARD and created a lot of automations (rules and buttons). However now, I would like to have someone else able to maintain these rules/buttons.

How can I make it visible to them?

Hi Rene,

If you're using a Premium or Standard Workspace you have a couple of options here:

• The Workspace admin is able to see all rules set up on a board (not buttons). They're able to see rules and enable/disable them but not edit them.
• Use a command library to share commands to other boards: https://help.trello.com/article/1139-command-libraries

It isn't really possible for other users to maintain your commands, but I agree that this would be a great feature. I've added your vote to that request!
