How to copy or move an attachment (document) from Trello card to Jira automatically

I'm trying to doe what another user wrote aboutin 2017. 

Our Beta users complete a Developer Feedback form when submitting Bugs, Feature requests and Enhacement Requests. The form is attanced to a Trello card.  We would like that form to automatically copy to Jira or at least have an easy way to move it there. 

the power up doesn't seem to to have a way to do it, or at least I haven't figured it out. 

Any help is appreciated
