How to copy due date from checklist item to linked card?

When automating creation of a linked card when a due date is added to a checklist item, is it possible to also copy the due date to the new card? Struggling to work it out. Thanks.

Welcome to the community.

Right now, this isn't possible to set. It would be possible to link the due date of the card mentioned on the checklist with the card where the checklist is.

Have there been any updates since this last comment? I also want to link a checklist item due date to its linked card. The lack of automation makes the due date for various checklist tasks confusing.
