How to automate convert checklist items into cards based on a template card?

Hello everyone,

Here is what I am trying to achieve.

I have cards named after professors. Each Professor Card gets a "Course List" checklist where the items are the courses they are teaching.
Prof. Smith
Course List:
- ART1001EN
- ART1002EN
- ART3200EN
etc

I have a template card (NUM1234) for creating Course Cards, which contain other checklists that mirror course development steps, so each course card must have these checklists.

I want to create a rule that converts each item in a Course List into a new card and applies my Course Card template NUM1234.

I have been able to set up a rule that converts all checklist items in Course List to cards but can't find a way to tell Trello to create the cards from my template NUM1234. So the cards are getting created and named correctly but are empty.

Please, can anyone help me get the template loaded into the cards during this automation?
